Patsy Kennedy Lain

Patsy Kennedy Lain was born in Eastern North Carolina to hardworking parents who never let the lack of a formal education deter them from their success. To her mother’s unknown desire to write, Patsy dedicates her writing and other creative abilities. Her mother chronicled many events unknown to the family in odd places—on small pieces of paper, inside the front of books, on napkins—if only she had written in a journal, what a story she could have shared. So, for her mother as well as herself, Patsy finally works actively on the journey writing. Her desire to write blossomed as a young woman and laid dormant for years due to life itself. Now older, her writing and painting dream continues, and runs like water rushing down a hill.
